This way you bring more green into your home

Plants are the best interior accessories for your home. They add colour, purify the air and turn a house into a home: a plant in the house immediately creates a homely feeling. We would like to give you some tips for a little 'green in your home'.

Green eye catchers

Do you like big and striking? Then go for a real eye-catcher : a plant that makes an impression. For example, the Strelitzia Nicolai. This plant is also called the 'Bird of Paradise' because it has flowers that resemble the bird of paradise. You do have to be a little patient, because that only happens when the plant is 8 years old or older. But it is also beautiful without flowers.

Or go for the Alocasia Zebrina, a plant with a zebra print on the stems. Be careful: it is a real diva that you should not water too much, but also not too little.

A Monstera always does well. This 'hole plant' has become a favorite of many and if you keep its potting soil moist it will reward you with many new leaves.

These plants survive everything

Prefer a less demanding plant? Then go for plants that also survive with less attention. Bring 'easy green' into your home! For example, choose a cactus, which will survive for a while without water. The Sansevieria is also indestructible and comes in different colours. Another option is the Grass Lily. Put it in a light spot and it will grow like cabbage. As a bonus, it also purifies the air.

Green in the house without green fingers

Don't have a green thumb at all? Then bring green into your home by means of green furniture. Go for a small accent with the Pisa sideboard with a black marble top , or opt for striking green at home with the velvet green sofa Jens .

Alternate with furniture made of natural materials such as the Flora rattan armchair and the Milan rattan sofa . The last two also match very well with an interior full of plants!
