🚚 Delivery of larger furniture
Have you chosen a larger piece of furniture, such as a sofa, cabinet, or large table? We ensure that our furniture arrives safely and carefully at your place. Depending on your region, there are two options:
Delivery via our own transport
We will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery time together. You will receive email/SMS about the delivery and when you can expect your furniture.
Once your furniture is on its way, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link regarding your order from our software package easyroutes.
Deliveries take place between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Delivery via GLS
We will also contact you to schedule a suitable delivery time together. You will receive email/SMS about the delivery and when you can expect your furniture.
However, GLS does not provide a tracking link, so we cannot offer you track and trace for this. It is best to stay home on the agreed delivery day and time.
Deliveries take place between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
🏠 Curbside delivery
Our curbside delivery service means we deliver up to the threshold of the front door of the residence.
If you live in an apartment, we do not deliver to a floor.
For this, it is best to provide a ladder lift/helping hands yourself.
Large furniture such as tables, sofas, or cabinets are sometimes delivered on a pallet. This pallet remains with you so our drivers can deliver smoothly without extra strain. Note! You must also keep this pallet if you return the item.
Tip: Measure your stairwell or doorways in advance to avoid surprises.
📦 Delivery of smaller items
Smaller packages are delivered via GLS parcels or DHL. These deliveries follow the usual shipping methods of the parcel services.
🌍 Delivery outside Belgium and the Netherlands
If you live outside Belgium or the Netherlands, your order will be delivered via an external logistics partner. These deliveries are not carried out by us but are carefully monitored through our partner.
Accessibility of the delivery location
If the delivery address you provided is difficult to reach for any reason (e.g., narrow or unpaved roads, limited access, steep slopes, obstacles, or other special circumstances), we reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs. These extra costs may relate to longer transport times, use of special equipment, extra manpower, detours, or other additional (physical or logistical) efforts. The costs will always correspond to the actual charge by our transport partner. You are requested to inform us as fully as possible about any special circumstances regarding the accessibility of the location before the delivery date, so we can prevent possible problems on the delivery day.
